Migration from SaaS solution and creation of B2C & B2B online store for Konsumativ.eu, based on Magento and Cypho Theme

Konsumativ Ltd. is a company with long-standing experience in serving the hospitality, restaurant, and other industries, offering wholesale and retail hygiene supplies and food packaging. The company is oriented towards both the B2B and B2C segments and is constantly striving to develop and improve its online presence.
Konsumativ Ltd. approached us with the goal of finding a solution that would meet the modern requirements of their commercial activity, as well as the needs of their B2B and B2C clients. Their main challenges with the previous platform included the lack of effective integration between the ERP system and the online store, as well as multiple minor technical issues that made managing online orders difficult.
To overcome these challenges and have a stable eCommerce solution built with modern technologies, Konsumativ Ltd. chose Stenik as a reliable partner to build a modern and efficient online platform.
We developed a B2C & B2B online store tailored to their needs. We migrated the existing e-shop, based on a SaaS solution, to Magento and created a single platform that effectively serves both their partners and end customers. The online store konsumativ.eu includes a variety of functionalities that meet the specific business requirements while ensuring high efficiency and user convenience. Here are some of them:
- UI & UX design based on Cypho Storefront developed by Stenik: a modern and stylish design combining excellent functionality with visual appeal to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Top navigation that provides quick access to various categories and pages with an off-canvas menu.
- Modern search using Elastic Search for relevant search results.
- Dropdown and mega menu for more efficient and clear organization of product categories.

- ERP integration with Zeron connector – automated product creation, synchronization of prices, customer profiles, stock availability, and documents (invoices and credit notes), as well as order transmission between ERP and the online store.
- Integration with Speedy and Econt courier services – automated delivery pricing for both office and personal address delivery.
- Restrictions related to delivery methods and payment options depending on the specific customer group.
- Click & Collect option for pickup from a Konsumativ location.
- Integration with multiple marketing tools and SEO attributes for better product visibility in search engines.
- Advanced Cookie Consent for collecting user consent.
- Integration with vPOS Unicredit Bulbank (Borica).
- Integration of dynamic feeds for Facebook Marketing & Google Adwords.
For the B2B segment, we provided additional functionalities, namely:
- Individual pricing conditions and lists applied to registered and logged-in users (individuals and legal entities).
- Simultaneous bulk addition of products to the cart using pre-prepared import files.
- Diverse delivery options, including merchant transport delivery.
- Various methods for quickly adding frequently ordered products: using pre-prepared import files from B2B clients, entering multiple product SKUs, or using the search function.
- Specific wishlist for B2B partners, integrated with the ERP system, allowing for faster purchasing of frequently bought items by the end customer.
The new konsumativ.eu meets the needs of both B2B and B2C clients of the merchant, providing seamless commercial operations and optimized management of online orders.
