That is why we are looking for someone to join our Technical Support team with expertise in the leading platforms in our portfolio – Magento and Shopify.
This role is for you if you are not looking for just a 9-to-6 job, but want to solve real cases and see the immediate impact of your work.
Important note: This is NOT a data entry or order processing role. We are looking for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who understands how the "engine" of an online store works and can diagnose real technical issues. Someone who knows that a "checkout bug" might be caused by shipping settings, a payment method, or a newly created promotion rule.
What will you do at Stenik?
- You will be a trusted partner for our clients – they will rely on you when something needs to be changed, configured, or fixed.
- You will work with two of the most powerful eCommerce platforms in the world – Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Shopify.
- You will configure various modules: from promotion rules (Cart / Catalog Price Rules), through payment and shipping method setup, to managing product catalogs and categories.
- You will act as a detective – analyzing whether a given issue is a developer bug, a configuration mistake, or a need for new functionality.
- You will communicate with third parties (ERP systems, courier companies, payment providers, SEO and marketing agencies) to ensure the entire mechanism runs smoothly.

We are looking for a Technical Support Intern who wants to look "under the hood" of Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Shopify and begin their professional journey.
This is not a coffee-running or call-center internship. This is an intensive internship program where we invest in you and your skills. You will enter the "kitchen" of eCommerce, learn from the best in the industry, and understand how some of the most heavily loaded online stores in Bulgaria are operated.
Your career path at Stenik (The Infinite Game): We play the long game. The goal of this internship is not to remain an intern.
1. Start: Learn the fundamentals as an Intern.
2. Level Up: Prove yourself and become a Technical Support Specialist.
3. Future: With experience and strong soft skills, your path can lead to a Project Manager role.
What will you do and learn?
- You will go through structured training in Magento and Shopify.
- You will learn eCommerce terminology and processes.
- You will assist with handling incoming client requests (First-Level Support).
- You will learn to distinguish a "bug" from a "misconfiguration".
- You will perform basic configurations in admin panels (products, categories, content).
- You will learn business communication and teamwork with developers and QA specialists.
You are not alone: We know the beginning can be challenging. That is why you will not be thrown into the deep end. You will have a personal mentor – an experienced team member who will guide you, answer your questions, and help you "eat the frog" (tackle difficult tasks) until you become independent.
What are we looking for in you?

We do expect you to have:
- Technical literacy: A genuine interest in how websites and technologies work.
- eCommerce power user: An active user of online stores and mobile shopping apps.
- Logical thinking: A love for solving puzzles (Why doesn’t this work?).
- Willingness to learn: This is the most important quality – you must be "hungry" for knowledge.
- Good command of English: To read documentation and navigate admin panels.
- Communication skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- Integrity: Not being afraid to ask when you don’t know something.
- Attention to detail, because sometimes the devil really is in the details.
