Stenik is a leading Bulgarian company in the development and maintenance of online stores based on Magento 2 and shopping mobile applications. We work with established retailers and brands that rely on us for long-term partnerships, technical stability, and the growth of their online business.
We are looking for a hardworking and eager-to-learn person with an interest in eCommerce to join our team as an Office Assistant: a proactive and energetic person with a strongly extroverted character, very good communication skills, solid computer literacy, and at least intermediate/good level of English.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Communication with our clients from top Bulgarian brands and other contractors and suppliers;
- Updating information in an internal project management system;
- Organizing the work calendar and preparing online and physical meetings;
- Registering phone and email inquiries and forwarding them to the Sales team;
- Ordering office materials and supplies for the office;
- Scanning, printing, and storing documents;
- Coordinating the sending of documents to clients – both digital and physical;
- Basic HR tasks;
- Supporting the work of management and marketing.
Requirements:
- Completed secondary education with excellent academic performance;
- Completed or nearly completed bachelor’s degree at a university;
- Excellent skills in using a personal computer, internet, and office word processing software;
- Experience with AI tools;
- Confident use of the internet as a tool for gathering information;
- Responsibility in task execution and ability to meet deadlines;
- Experience in customer communication;
- Proper written Bulgarian language skills;
- At least intermediate level of English;
- Organized and tidy nature;
- Curiosity and willingness to improve;
- Good sense of humor and ability to work in a team;
- Positive thinking.
It will be an advantage if you also have:
- Knowledge of working with administrative panels of websites or online stores;
- Previous experience as an office assistant, marketing assistant, account assistant, or sales assistant;
- References from previous employers.
