Customer trust is our most important metric – the primary measure of our success.
The results of our internal customer survey conducted in 2025 show a high level of satisfaction among our clients regarding our collaboration.

Hyvä Checkout
After Hyvä became the go-to solution for every new online store in less than 3 years, the logical next step was to look beyond the shopping cart and focus on improving the most important component of the user interface – the checkout.
One-step Hyvä checkout
We implemented a One-Step Checkout solution that:
- Reduces the time required to complete an order.
- Decreases cart abandonment rates.
- Provides a better user experience (UX).
- Ensures convenience when shopping on mobile devices.
Hyvä Commerce
Hyvä Commerce is our next step toward making merchants’ lives easier by maximizing the power and scalability of Magento. Our new product package includes enhanced CMS capabilities, improvements in administration, and much more.
Mobile applications (Apps) updates

We enhanced the mobile applications of existing clients with useful functionalities designed to help merchants attract and retain customers, as well as encourage repeat purchases:
- Push Notifications Automation: Automated notifications for abandoned carts.
- App-only campaigns with promo codes.
- Digital cards: Requesting a loyalty card directly through the app.

Cypho 2.0 – the next version of the Cypho theme for B2B and B2C
Cypho 2.0 is the “ultimate” Magento theme developed by Stenik, now fully based on Hyvä technology (Powered by Hyvä). It provides merchants with a modern foundation for their online stores, combining flexibility and uncompromising speed.

Added value for online merchants
In addition to technology, we also delivered key services:
- UI/UX for online stores: a service that combines the experience and expertise of our design team to help businesses improve user experience and visual effectiveness of their online stores – regardless of the platform they are built on. Learn more about the service on our website.

- Transition to the euro: We migrated more than 70 existing clients to operate with the new currency. We continue to work actively on planning and implementing the necessary changes in line with regulatory requirements to ensure a smooth transition for all our clients whose online stores we support and develop.
- European Accessibility Act (EAA): We actively assisted our clients in adapting their stores to be accessible for people with disabilities, in compliance with the new regulations.
- New integrations and improvements to existing ones with various providers and third parties – BoxNow, Europat, Easybox – Sameday, Revolut, TBI, DSK, Stripe, myPOS, NewPay, and others.
3. Record number of high-speed Hyvä-based online stores in Bulgaria
Hyvä has been the preferred storefront for every new Magento development since 2024. In 2025, we delivered a record number of Hyvä-based projects for well-known brands.

We expanded the support department
Building an online store does not end with its launch. The real value comes afterward – in the continuous process of optimization, maintenance, and development, which we call “The Infinite Game.” One of our goals is to make sure that our clients feel secure from a software perspective so that they are able to focus on their sales and growth. For us, one of the top priorities is the support and continuous development of every online store we build.
Over the years, we have invested in building a team of professionals – eCommerce specialists, process improvements, service quality, and response times for handling client requests.
24/7 support for online stores
Our team works 24/7 to support our clients’ online stores. Over the past year, we introduced a call center for handling incoming and outgoing calls. The goal was to improve how we process phone calls to the Stenik support team and personal project managers, in order to enhance communication and service quality.
Practical AI: more efficient processes and better service
In 2025, we successfully elevated our use of artificial intelligence (AI) in our work.

Internal workshops and a centralized approach
We organized a series of specialized internal workshops aimed at increasing AI competencies across the entire team and unifying our work standards. We established a centralized approach where all departments act in sync and apply AI solutions in a consistent and effective way.
Improved customer support
The results of this transformation are already evident. Thanks to the implementation of AI, we significantly improved the quality of service in our support department and optimized a number of other internal processes. This allows us to free up resources for the strategic development of our clients’ projects.
New Stenik website
We completed a redesign of our corporate website. As a strategic step toward better positioning, we separated the two language versions into independent domains:

- For international markets: stenikgroup.com
We continue to actively enhance the design and content of our website to provide a better user experience that meets the high standards we apply in our clients’ projects and to present our services in the most accessible and intuitive way possible.
Hyvä Certified Associate Developer

Our expertise received another international recognition. Dimitar Troyanov, Frontend Developer, was certified as a Hyvä Certified Associate Developer.
Award from the “Website of the Year 2025” competition
Aiko XXXL won 1st place in the “Large Online Store” category at the “Website of the Year 2025” competition.

Behind our clients’ stability stands a close-knit team. We are 40 people, more than 15 of whom have been with the company for over 10 years. This year, we celebrated the 10-year anniversaries of 6 colleagues – the “veterans” of Stenik: Albert, Boris, Dimitar Troyanov, Dobi, Lyuboslav, and Todor.
