Stenik was a participant in the program and expo of the largest eCommerce summit in the Balkans – Balkan eCommerce Summit 2025.

On April 29 and 30, 2025, the third edition of the Balkan eCommerce Summit took place at Arena Sofia, gathering over 2,330 participants from 23 countries. The forum was described by many attendees as the most significant event for online business in the region.
We at Stenik’s team were active participants in both the program and the expo area. This year’s edition attracted a record number of our clients and partners. We met with dozens of online merchants to discuss ongoing projects and tasks, ideas for future development, and challenges for which we aim to find the right solutions.
Inspiring presentation by Douglas and Stenik
On one of the thematic stages, Asya Emilova, E-commerce Specialist at Douglas Bulgaria, and Dimitar Dimitrov, Partner at Stenik, delivered a valuable and engaging lecture on the topic "Douglas.bg app – mobile excellence in 2024 and beyond."
The presentation included real statistics and data, achieved results, and technological solutions used in the development of the authorized Douglas mobile application for Bulgaria. The focus was on performance, personalization, and building customer loyalty.
The insights shared by Asya and Dimitar on stage sparked interest and inspired many of the attending merchants to ask themselves: “Why can mobile apps take your business to the next level?”. The presentation provided valuable practical guidance for all planning to enter the world of mobile commerce and build a successful shopping app.
Stenik at the expo area: networking, conversations, and the wheel of fortune
Throughout the first day, Stenik’s booth was a vibrant place for conversations, consultations, and new connections. Our eCommerce experts and consultants answered questions, discussed case studies, and presented development opportunities for online businesses.
To add some extra fun, we organized a Wheel of Fortune game that attracted many participants eager to test their luck. Visitors won amazing prizes provided by our clients - TED, Douglas, 8Hristo, and Bebolino.
Thank you to everyone who participated – your smiles were our greatest reward! It was a pleasure to hear that our clients are among the favorite brands of many attendees, who enjoy shopping from their online stores.
Meetings with attendees
Besides the activity at our booth, the Stenik team also held meetings in the specially designated networking zones of the event. This allowed us to discuss specific cases, challenges, and opportunities directly with merchants and partners.
The mobile application provided by the organizers facilitated communication and meeting planning. Thanks to it, we connected with many of the event guests to exchange ideas, offer solutions, and outline the path to more successful online commerce.
According to the organizers, thanks to the FedEx Networking Zone and the forum’s mobile application, over 11,650 business meetings took place during the event.
Balkan vibe and party
At the end of the first day, the Balkan party brought together the eCommerce community. In a pleasant atmosphere with live music, show programs, and lots of good vibes, we continued the day’s conversations in a more informal, yet equally inspiring setting.
