As the official representative and importer of CoolPack for Bulgaria, Lumar+ had the desire to create an individual online store entirely dedicated to the brand and the entire range of products it offers.
Working closely with the client and understanding their business needs, our task was to take the business to the next level and reflect the quality behind the CoolPack name in the world of student supplies. To achieve this, we created a stable and multifunctional store based on the Magento platform. This allowed the online merchant to have a solution that can easily be upgraded in the future with various technical implementations and integrations, and to grow along with their business.
Our team of designers ensured that coolpack.bg has a modern, responsive, and unique UX design that provides optimal user experience and effectively interacts with a wide range of mobile devices. When creating the design, we focused on the mobile experience, especially in optimizing the performance of the online store.
Here are some of the functionalities we implemented in the project:
- UX/UI design with improved interface performance;
- Enhanced filters and detailed Sphinx search;
- Integration with the ERP system;
- Custom desktop menu;
- Magento Multi-Source Inventory (MSI), allowing the online merchant to manage all inventory across warehouses/the entire product range in the Magento administration;
- Mini Cart (dropdown mini cart);
- Click & Collect service - the option to order online and pick up from a physical store.
