Redesign and Migration of TEODOR’s Menswear Online Store to Hyvä Storefront

TEODOR is a well‑established Bulgarian men’s fashion brand with over 30 years of history, symbolizing elegance, quality and attention to detail. The brand offers a wide range of suits, shirts, shoes and accessories created for the dynamic everyday life of the modern man who values style and comfort.
The retail fashion company maintains a strong presence offline through physical stores in some of the country’s largest cities, as well as online via teodor.bg - a modern and functional online store and its mobile application which showcase the brand’s full assortment and deliver an excellent user experience. All shopping channels of the brand are built with a unified visual style and shopping logic, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience whether the customer chooses to shop online or in a physical store.
Our cooperation with TEODOR began in 2020, when the Stenik team carried out a migration of the online store to the Magento platform, which we covered in our blog. Since then, we have been maintaining and enhancing the brand’s digital presence so that it meets its high standards and the dynamic trends in e‑commerce.
In 2025, as a natural next step in their online development strategy, TEODOR undertook a redesign and migration of their online store to Hyvä Storefront and updated their platform, once again trusting the experience and expertise of the Stenik team.
The project goals:
- Improve the online store’s speed, performance and security;
- Refresh the visual style to match TEODOR’s corporate identity and the fashion industry;
- Enhance the UI/UX design of the online store for a more intuitive user experience;
- Integrate new functionalities that simplify the shopping process and improve customer service;
- Optimize mobile performance;
- Integrate the new brand LLAGGI into the online store Teodor.bg;
- Introduce a new “Store Availability” feature with improved presentation of information;
- Redesign the brand’s mobile app - with an updated checkout process featuring fewer steps and an optimized user experience.
In carrying out the project, the Stenik team focused on achieving the defined goals. We approached it in a comprehensive way - focusing on speed, stability and user‑friendly design. Our work combined technological solutions, UX optimizations, redesign and implementation of new functionalities.
Here are some of the improvements we implemented:
- Magento update – migration to the most current version of the platform for improved security and stability;
- Redesign of the online store with a focus on user experience;
- Sticky navigation that remains visible while scrolling and ensures constant access to main categories and sections of the online store;
- New AJAX pop‑up when a product is added to the cart, showing automatic product suggestions to increase average order value;
- New presentation of “Store Availability” on the product detail page, with enhanced information display and ability to show availability across TEODOR’s entire network of stores while online sales take place from designated warehouses;
- Integration of the new brand LLAGGI into the online store teodor.bg, with the option to switch brands via the header and distinct visual identity – different colors, banners and styles for each brand. The option allows shopping from all brands in a single cart;
- Activation of a new brand filter;
- New banner slider supporting admin‑uploaded images and videos;
- New search engine with higher speed, more accurate results and suggestions for improved user experience at search;
- Upgraded loyalty program for TEODOR with new design, extended functionality and turnover‑based automatic membership level management;
- Return‑process functionality on the online store teodor.bg fully integrated with the ERP system. Clients – both registered and guests - can easily submit product returns by reason and comment, with the entire process tracked in real time in the user profile and managed via the ERP system;
- Virtual wallet - for product returns opting for this method, credit is added to the customer’s virtual wallet and can be used in subsequent orders, with available balance and transaction history displayed in real time in the user profile;
- Enhanced promotion and gift‑features;
- Dynamic campaign and offer banners;
- Automatic offering of related items.
The revamped teodor.bg strengthens the brand’s competitive online presence, elevating its digital footprint to a premium level. Pleased with the results achieved, we continue moving forward together.
