DOUGLAS and BEAUTY | ZONE has a long and rich history dating back to 1910. Currently, the perfume chain is the European leader in the cosmetics business, with more than 2,400 physical sites in 19 countries.
The cosmetics giant has chosen to trust our team of professionals to design its online store. We at Stenik know how accurate the connoisseurs of beauty are, so it was clear to us that we should approach this project extremely delicate. We have focused our efforts and tried to imagen beiing in the shoes of each customer who visits the online store and we developed it so that we focused on the quality of the items offered and the practicality of purchasing them.
For the purpose of the project, we completely individualized the design, implemented it in Magento 2's UX and adapted it to the habits of Bulgarian online users. We automated the processes of managing products, orders and customers between the ERP system and the online store.
And when the project was ready, we received our biggest award, satisfied clients and a stable and long-term partner in the face of DOUGLAS and BEAUTY | ZONE.
